Im making a movie review website. But I cant come up with a name any ideas?

Well, moviereviews.com would be great but it's probably taken. MovieReviewsOnline might be good if it's still available. Maybe MovieJunkie.com? You want as many keywords in there as possible without it being too long so it pops up on search engines. I hope that helps!

I agree with you that "coming soon to a city near you" is a long name...why don't you play around with that name, and see if you can come up with some alternative names which convey the same message...perhaps, "The latest and greatest", or "Don't miss seeing these", or "Now showing" etc...you get the idea...your will eventually come up with one or perhaps several possibilities...check and see if your choice is available, and when you hit on one you like, and it is available, and the price is right...go for it...I wish you all the best in your projects...Keep us posted...William Wilson

You can use thesaurus.com for ideas too. Look up synonyms for both "movie" and "review" to get some ideas for other words to use.

If you are going to depend on search engine traffic, I would not worry about the length of the name too much. If the one you really want is taken, don't be afraid to use hyphens movie-reviews.com could be available.

But here are a few suggestions to help you think:

lengthy domain names including your major keyword is the best name for your site and it must be easy to remember... you may use best-movie-reviews-online.com

Why don't you have a look at expiring domains, may come up with some good ideas and have the benefit of a domain that's been live for a number of years. I got my last site that way, the Beadstalk and would never have thought of the name otherwise.
