Well, if your website is classified or somehow classified as organization, go for .org but if your website is somehow classified as a network, go for .net and when neither of the two can fit your website... you can put hyphen between your keywords and take .com as your TLD. Example: kw1-kw1.com.

Just avoid using "_" underscore or other special characters.
