Default what if more video than word?
one of my content about flat belly got more videos than words?
because i want to show to reader how exactly to do the exercises rather than i type in words
is it ok?
or still more words is ok ?

Video blogging has become popular nowadays. And generally the readers are more eager to watch a video than read.

Just make sure you structure your keywords and meta tags well for SEO
