help on my new site

i created a new blog today http://jordanandkobe.blogspot.com/ and I'm thinking about adding more stuff to it. Any suggestions?

Well Done for getting this far!

Just one suggestion - if I were you I would change the colour scheme - I'm afraid I find the red background with yellow writing very hard on the eyes...

If your visitors feel like that too, they'll be out of there...

But keep up the good work - a little tweaking and you'll get it just right!

thanks for replyin. I used those colors to match the same colors as the bulls and the lakers

I have to strongly agree with Elaine on this one NewHipHopAddiction. You should change the color scheme. Red background in that amount is a no-no and let me tell you why:

The color red has a lot of intense psychological properties, some of them are that it raises blood pressure and it can even cause lightheadedness in some people because it symbolizes blood.
Your background color should't be so eye-staining. If someone wants to read about bulls and lakers I doubt that person would care what kind of background color your blog has as long as you provide quality content (of course you can't really put pink in your background

)

You go ahead and register there as well and you can monitor how many people share your blog on social networks, you got statistics that looks like Google Analytics.

Go ahead and put a different background and we'll see if we can help you out with coloring the text on the site because for example gray on red is a very poor contrast but since you are removing the red color and replacing it with something else, we'll see how it looks.
