Default Promotional Images
I've been looking for some professional images for my site without much luck. I found a few public domain repositories but most are unsuitable. Does anyone know where i can get high quality photos etc at a reasonable price? Like the images on Lisa's 2planawebsite except of course i'm after mostly food related imagery.

Have you tried http://www.sxc.hu/ ? A lot of members here use it.

I always use istockphoto.com, the quality of the photos is amazing and smaller photos are very cheap.
