So far pretty good suggestions. You can Google "where to find article writers" and get a huge amount of links to various writing services.
Then there are a few of the webmastering forums like SitePoint and Digital Point which have places to hire article writers. They are not as good as they used to be but non English as a First Language writers can be had for as little as 1 cent or less a word, you just usually have to do a bit of touchup work on them afterwards.
Decent article writing from EFL writers starts at 2 cents a word and goes up from there. It is always a good idea to see samples first, it will save you time in the long run.
Clearly state in your request that you will own all rights with the purchase. That is SOP but if you don't specifically state it, sooner or later you will run into the unscrupulous who will keep using what has become YOUR property.
If your site is of the sort that you can give the writer a byline then more power to you. However it is not necessary. You would be amazed at how many people at "ezinearticles" hire ghostwriters and then put their names in the byline.
PLR articles do not have to be expensive. You can find tons of them online for free or nearly so. Once more, Google it! Also check on various "giveaway" programs going on. Just remember that they are a starting point and you really should do a little rewriting on them to make them yours uniquely.

On a different note: Clickbank sells ebooks and the like, not articles. It is expensive all around as you have to pay a hefty fee just to list your book there and then, since they pay huge commissions to affiliates, your price tag will be high to potential buyers even though you are not necessarily getting paid a lot.
