Default FeedBurner Subscriber Question

I currently have more subscribers on my jobblog than my other two and updated all three this evening with new info. I was just wondering if there was a way to actually tell WHO or WHAT email addresses are subscribed to my blog via Feedburner?

Just thought I'd ask-

Just making sure we're on the same page. Feedburner can track your RSS subscribers AND your email subscribers. These are two different things though.

I went to your blogs and it looks like you're only offering RSS feed subscriptions, but not email correct? If that's the case then you cannot see email addresses, only the feed aggregators that are used to subscribe to your blog.

If you want to know what email addresses are signed up for your blog you have to offer the "Email Subscription" feature (under Publicize / Email Subscriptions in Feedburner) You'll then place an email form on your blog to collect email addresses and Feedburner will report which email addresses have signed up. These people will get your blog updates via email instead of RSS.

It's good to offer both options because RSS is still pretty new and confusing to many. So once you put the email form on your site then you can begin seeing which email addresses signed up. But you cannot track email addresses to regular RSS subscribers since you don't need an email to sign up for an RSS feed.

Default Thanks Lisa!

I didn't know I could do both, have RSS and email. I'm going to include the email form on my blogs. Thank you! What did you think of my last post on my job blog? I love that Jill Scott song- It's so funny because at the skating rink that I go to, the DJ has a nice remix of that song and it is BAD - meaning good- so everytime I hear the words of that song, I think of my job situation and things just happen for a reason. It's all good, I can concentrate on building up my blogs and getting my SBI site ready-

Thanks again!

I didn't get to read that. I'll try to go back when I get some time. But that's what's fun about getting involved with your blogging subject matter. You can incorporate real life situations to give your blog life. Good job!
