i do comments on blog regularly. as my blogs just 3 months old...i need to customize my blog so i usually comments a lot.. blogs regarding customizing & blogging tips & tricks.

Commenting on other blogs not only builds traffic but also get to know what other blogger is writing about.

lisa..i thought u know all those things. i am surprised

Commenting is not something I have really gotten into, but I do try to comment where I can.

I'll have to improve my commenting in the future.

Also, it's not just about commenting just to be commenting. There's a strategy behind it in terms of making them useful and stand out. The same approach you'd take to writing content for your site or blog.

I was going to say something similiar to what Lisa posted. ANYone can comment about anything, but is that really what blogging is all about? You need a focus, an area, a specific on what you're going to blog about, create a site (niche) and comment on....it's very broad and I personally think that's where a lot of folks get hung up on.

You want to blog, site-create, comment, etc. on something that will make it (niche, topic, area of interest, etc) stand out and make it be remembered and thought about that you want to start an audience and give them a reason to return to you, your blog, site, whatever it is.

And it's not the quanitity of your comment, it's the qualitiy, at least that's what I believe. Sorry for rambling but I couldn't help it-

Right on, and if anyone needs any convincing look at Eric Meyer's blog on css. Once in a while he writes two days in a row but more often he goes a couple weeks between posts. And he is a tier one blogger. Why? Because he is always on target and has something to say.

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know any good Business Blogs? I have a business website and I'm still trying to get a lot of traffic to it. I have been submitting articles to article directories, and I'm signed up with a few forums, but I'm still not getting enough traffic. Any help would be appreciated.

Martha, there are tons of them. I think for starters you need to define a more specific type of blog. Business could encompass a number of things. B2B, work from home, affiliate marketing, etc. What specifically are you looking for? Have you done a google search for [niche] + blog to see what's out there?

No I have not done a google search, and my website is a work from home business website that offer business opportunities for people looking to work from home. Please click on the link in my sig and check out my site and let me know what you think. Having said that I think the blog I need to visit is blogs that discuss work at home business opportunities.

I did not mean to do anything wrong I just suggested you look at my site to let you see why I thought the blogs I should be commenting in should be work at home blogs.
