download button wordpress

hey all - ive searched hi and low to find a plugin that will alw my readers to download a file -- please if you know of one let me know -

a plugin /button so visitors can download a file --- either from rapid share or somwhere similar

Why don't you just link to the file with either a link or an image? You create the link the same way you create a link to an HTML page.

thats teh other thing techie guy -- my links from images ie images that are links dont work it something to do with wp maybe a plyugin fault -i can insert a link bu then when i save the post or publush it the link doesnt work it just links to a page with the image on in my site

i tried a tut on making images links but im doing everythinbg correctly if you know a button im missing pls hepl out cos this is kinda major for a tut site cheers buddy

Perhaps you can post the code you are using and we can have a look? It might be easier to see it.

hi tech its not a code problem its the piblishing of a post in wordpress
sorry my attachments still arent working - so icant show an image , its basiccally when i make an image a link then publish the link will change from where its meant to go to page with the image on -- so im doing it right and need advice
