BUt, is that vaule for a little or for most of the people?

SO, I will say it is really hard to cater many at the same time!
For a blog such as mine, the value comes when someone finds the answers to their questions. Since I provide many tutorials and help, when someone performs a search for a question they have in a search engine, and click the link to my site, I'm hoping that they find the answer that they need.

Every site may have different value, but the value is what your site may offer to your visitors. Even sites that offer jokes can provide value if a visitor laughs at what it offers and causes the visitor to return in the future.

Agree with TechieGuy. When you understand the needs of your audience and can find a way to deliver help and advice that is valuable to them, you are off to a good start. I think many people have problems because they don't offer anything that is unique to what is already out here. So not only do you have to offer value, but your content has to be fresh and it's always good to look for a unique perspective as well.

Effective marketing also plays a huge role as well.
