My blog was hosted on Wordpress.com, but now it's got it's own server and I use wordpress.org. I'm using the Options theme for my blog. Since the move, readers have not been getting updates and get a message saying that http://TheHistoryBluff.com/feed does not exist. What can I do to fix this problem?

I found your feed fine, here: http://www.thehistorybluff.com/?feed=rss2

If that's not what you had in mind, do this:

Open up your FTP browser, go to your root folder (typically your /public_html/ folder). Look for a file called ".htaccess". If it doesn't exist, create one.

If it exists...
Open it, look for this line "RewriteEngine On"

If it doesn't exist...
Create one. Add this line to the top RewriteEngine On.

When you've done that, add this to the file:
RewriteRule ^feed$ index.php?feed=rss2

Save it. That should do the trick.

I suggest you sign up for a free FeedBurner account and have them manage your feed. With FeedBurner you can do a lot more with your feed.
