Entercard Warning

Be careful of the type of Entrecard cards you accept to appear on your blog. I thought I had accepted a fellow blogger's blog to appear on of my blogs. After just checking it, I see the words: "Piony Teens Online" - I quickly went into my Entrecard account/dashboard settings and rejected this ad from appearing on my blog. Hopefully it will be removed soon!

I don't know how in the world this one showed up and I never approved it to be shown, I'm totally NOT liking this one bit. From now I think I'm going to reject all of them and just keep my mine on the blog for a while.

I haven't updated this blog in a while, but it's still a good idea to check it.

Thanks for the heads-up Renee. I haven't used Entrecard but was considering it. Prior to that problem you just had, how do you like it?

I have been using Entrecard since December and I like it. Although it is not a perfect system, but it is great for those starting a blog.

I have had my Entrecard ad displayed on Problogger (twice) by only paying with Entrecard credits, and got some traffic out of it.

The one thing I do like about the system compared to other advertising systems is the fact that you can approve ads you want displayed on your blog, and reject ones you don't want (as Renee has done.).

It is still a work-in-progress, but those responsible for Entrecard are very active in working with the bloggers to make it even better.

Thanks TG, I actually saw your Entrecard ad on ProBlogger a couple of weeks ago and thought "That's Techieguy's site!"

It's always a plus to be linked from Darren's site in any way. He mentioned my blog in a post a few days ago and I'm still getting traffic from it. Gotta luv it.

That's something else I have learned about Web sites and blogs - creating a brand, in this case my "TE" logo.

i also saw ur card on entrerad site at the top. over 400ec to advertise.

too expensive.

The Entrecard price of my blog usually goes down to 256ec, but then goes up to at least 512ec. I usually hover around 512ec - 1024ec.
