I have read in this forum about others who have had their content "stolen" and published on another site.
Today, I was viewing my blog stats and noticed that a visitor arrived from BlogCatalog. I always like visiting the original link to see what it was about. When I went there I noticed a post of mine was listed - but it wasn't linked to my blog.
I visited the blog and notice many of my posts were published (without my permission), and even the images were linked to mine.
I noticed that this blog had over 1000 posts a month - meaning he didn't write it himself and probably is scraping other blogs as well.
A quick search in Google pulled up a few results where someone notified a blog owner of this blog scraping their posts as well.
I reported him to Google (some of my posts on his blog are indexed) as well as AdSense. I'll see if anything comes about. I'll contact the author as well.

Great timing! I am drafting a blog article as we speak (should be done today) about content thieves because I just recently reported an offender to Google who stole my content AND was an adsense publisher. I normally don't go after thieves 'cause there's just too many but this guy went overboard.
I will mention this site and then link back to your site (to give you credit) This fits right in with what I'm talking about.

Nevermind. I thought BlogCatalog was a site that reported scrapers. I read this too fast. I see now this was the offender. So scrap that. Of course I won't link to it. When will lazy people learn that shortcuts like this never pay off.
