Default Customize Wordpress frontpage look and feel using Dreamweaver

Hi,
Can someone help with this difficulty I have regarding creating the right look and feel of the Wordpress frontpage.
I want the main page to look like a typical webpage with a navigation on the left, title on top, not the typical Wordpress look with just the title bar on top. I don't know how to code css but see that in Wordpress the formatting is all done in the css file. Is it possible to create the look and colors I want in Dreamweaver, export the css file and paste into the css template in wordpress to create the desired look and feel?

Thanks!
C

Default WYSIWYG

You can do this using a plugin for Dreamweaver called ThemeDreamer. It will allow you to see a rendition of the web page inside of Dreamweaver's Design View. It sure beats the heck out of trial and error design. Without it, Dreamweaver's WYSIWYG based tools are virtually useless, but with ThemeDreamer, you're instantly able to manipulate most themes easily.
