In Search Engine Optimization the most useful technique to get high rank for your website or domain in search engine is to get quality, stable, and permanent links.

Blog Commenting, Article Marketing and Directory Submission helps in getting links, but yet a very effective and useful technique is Guest Blogging on other blogs. That helps in getting relevant links from establish blogs.

There are lot of bloggers that accept guest blogging, just visit and write a blogpost according to the blog topic that get a stable link in your author bio. These links will never expires, so it is worth spending time on Guest blogging instead of Directory and Article Submission.

I have used Ann Smarty's MyBlogGuest.com to arrange a number of guest blog posts. It is a goods SEO tactic, but one that is fairly labor intensive and you need to love to write. I would not do it just for SEO; I would focus on building a reputation, then incorporating the necessary SEO elements into the guest posts.

@Tech Maish, I agree with you.. Guest Blogging is very effective in gaining permanent links but you must spend time in writing informative articles..
