Please give me more knowledge about RSS feeds..

Explain to me broadly what it is and how it goes..

RSS is a format of delivering regularly changing web content. Many sites syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whose ever want it.

RSS allows you to easily stay informed by fetching the latest content from the sites if the sites have RSS feeds enable. You save time by not needing to visit each site individually.

After you read that one, then go over to ProBlogger and read his post which goes into great detail and includes a video.
