How to remove the navigation bar of a blog ?

I am starting a blog on blogger. How can i remove the navigation bar at the top.

In my layout settings, that option is not there.

However, when i visit other blogger blogs, people have removed this bar.

Do you mean the Blogger nav bar?

Do you mean the admin bar at the top of your Wordpress blog? That will only appear one when you are logged in. I'm not sure about the TOS with regards to hiding that bar.

I apologize, wasn't paying attention. I'm still working on my left/right navs, the code you provided would be specific to the top nav.
