just wanna know if what are the first thing to consider when blogging..

The first thing to consider is your blogs topic. Pick a topic (niche) that you have first hand experience with, or have some kind of knowledge with.

If you already have experience with a topic, you do not have to do research everytime you post an article. And, you will not get bored so soon. If you pick a topic that does not interest you, your going to be very likely to stop posting.

Yes. Your niche. Is it competitive? Do you enjoy it? Do you know a lot about it? This will make it all easier and better for many reasons. Consider how much time you can set aside for working on it and pace yourself. Consider why you want to blog and don't be in a rush to make money or you will be disappointed.

Write about things you like, but make sure you write in a unique manner, so that your content differs from the rest on the web on the same topic. Also as the above ones said, look for your niche very carefully.

What is the purpose of the blog i.e is t to make money or just a hobby
If it's to make money, is it going to be the main money page or a source of traffic to your money site
What niche do you want to focus on
What market are you trying to reach with your blog?
How often do you want to post?
How are you going to get traffic to the blog?
Do you want a free hosted blog or one that you host yourself
What blogging platform is best for your purpose

Just a few questions you may have to answer f you want to become a blogger

For me, i think the first thing that you should consider when you want to start a blog or start blogging is your ability and capability. Will you be able to do it, i mean write new posts everytime and also promote the blog in search engines. These are the first things to be considered when starting a blog.
