Arrow finding an affiliate through a 'list view'

i remember long ago, maybe a couple of years back, where i somehow got to a website that had affiliates of well known companies (like Barnes and Noble, Toyota, etc.) in a list view with descriptions of their commission structure and percentage. The problem is that, well, I can't find that site anymore. It was really cool because it gave you links at the end of the description to the actual company's website and not a third party affiliate company so that you can just add them to your website and get paid. Some were by pay-per-click, and others where if they got to their site through yours and actually bought something, you would get a type of commission.

does anyone know where I can find this or if they still exist?
