I'm not sure what your point is here.... Not all niches have residual income aka recurring payment programs.... but yes, those ones i.e. SBI, adult affiliate programs are some of the best...

SO good in fact that most people who market them, refuse to divulge the programs that make them the most $$$$$$$$$$$$
