It's not always about what one pays more, it depends on alot of things such as:
- Your niche, for me CJ is the only affiliate program to have products related to my niche.
- The quality of the products. For example click bank is known to have alot of useless products.
- What your visitors are looking for
- Have you used the product yourself? if not you will have a harder time trying to convince your visitors to buy it.
Hope I helped

Totally agree with Jack. I use CJ more simply because it has more products for my niche. Even though I'm a member of ShareaSale and Linkshare, I rarely use them because they don't have as many products I want to promote.

I would say commission Junction it's bigger, and has a lot more merchants to choose from.

I use CJ as well, but find the process of creating links is painfully slow... comparing it to Amazon at least...

I actually prefer Share A Sale. I like the "down home" feel of the site and I have yet to hear a negative comment about them, unlike CJ or even LS. Fortunately, my niches fit in with them very well...

linkshare is also a good affiliate program if you aim for few products. I use linkshare and waiting for the results.

I am a member of both but I rarely promote Share a sale. CJ has many offers which I like promoting.

I recently applied to ShareaSale and it seemed like the process went OK.
However, after 3 days, I'm still waiting on the confirmation email.
How long should it take?
The site I used for registration appears in
WhoIs with my name as owner. The Site doesn't get 30 visitors a day, but the number is steadily increasing.
How long should a ShareaSale Confirmation Take?

Share a sale is not like the common affilaite programs we all know, like the gaming ones ( Rummy affiliate programs / Casino and others ). But the revenue with them is promised.
SAS is my main business

I am forced to use CJ. The two companies who's 3D products I use and run a blog about use CJ for their affiliate program.
If I were to start my own affiliate program I would not use CJ. One of the things that bother me about CJ is that if you don't make a sale in some time they can and will start penalizing you any money you have in your balance for inactivity. I don't have this problem, but some other affiliate members have complained about this. One of the 3D companies has told those who haven't made money close to the time CJ is to start penalizing them can actually purchase a product through their own affiliate link so that they don't incur an inactive account charge.

Hi,
I also consider that the key to an affiliate marketer’s success is to choose a good affiliate program and to employ excellent marketing techniques in promoting or selling the products to consumers. To make this, joining a good affiliate network is my suggestion. I'm dealing with the Wondershare software affiliate program of OneNetworkDirect, and earning 40% commission per sale, its convertion rate is well.
