Love your site too...homeschooling holds a special place in my heart...I always wanted to homeschool my kids and know I would have been very good at it...but circumstances didn't allow me to do it.
So far the remote order form seems the best way for those you know. I had the same thing happen to me with the credit...I had been talking about SBI for a long time to my mother...and when she finally bought I didn't get the credit!! We were careful to create another email address and I even submitted that address on that referral form to Sitesell. I think my reason was because I signed in on her computer to show her around (be careful about that) so it ended up thinking she was me and I was buying another one, and not giving anybody credit.
I called support and they straightened the whole mess out though. They did sternly warn me though that that is not something they do very often!!
I have been using the referral form to lock in email addresses but none of those have come into fruition so far.
Also, when I was working on that mess with my mom I stumbled on the 5P form where it shows you who you are under...I was so sure I was under you Lisa! But I am under Allan Gardyne...I guess I must have found both you and Sitesell through him as I remember finding his site sometime last fall and diving in to do lots of reading...I had thought I had found Sitesell through you but I guess I must have clicked through with him first. Sorry!!!
