We are launching an affiliate program, and I need Terms of Service, to create an FAQ Page. I found lots of document for independent contractors, etc on different places on the web, but I don't see any good documents to use for this.
ok that was supposed to edit, but something went wrong. To clarify, I need to create both Terms of Service and also a FAQ page. What I need is something to help me create these, like one of those forms packages you buy at Office Depot when you're opening a business and it has all the legal wording for contracts, etc. for the Terms of Service.
And a good list of FAQ. That Affiliates want to know. I've already included products/services, commission payout, but what else?
Are you a member of any affiliate programs yourself? The best thing to do is to read over their documentation to get an idea of what they do and then put it in your own words.
