Great book Lisa. It made perfect sense (no pun). I'm gonna get started right away. The only problem I had was that I have studied many subjects, but I'm not an expert in any of them. You know Jack of all trades kind of thing. But I realize that my 10 year battle with weight loss (which I'm winning I might add) is just the real life stuff people want to hear about. It can help a lot of people.
