I can get anywhere from 200-1000 unique views per day on my site but I have an average of 400 unique views and 8-10,000 page views per day. My CTR today for both parts of my site is 0.07. The video section is 0.12% and the forum is 0.06%.
My forum has an ad at the top inbetween the navigation bar and the actually vB content itself. I was thinking maybe it has something to do with ad placement. My video section has 700x90 banner at the top left of the logo and a 300x250 ad to the right of the video. I tried to match the text and colors of the ads as much as possible but my CTR is just horribly low.
