Multiple Adsense Accounts?

Hi. I have a website and blog and use the same Adsense account for both. Now I am starting to wonder if it is a good idea to have separate accounts for different websites (if that's even possible), in case you get suspended for some reason.

Basically I am wondering, if Google cancels you for one website and you only use one account, wouldn't you lose your ads for all your sites? I am not planning to violate their TOS, but I hear stories once in a while of people saying they were cancelled and have no idea why.

Well, that was longed winded for a simple question. Should I have separate accounts for each site?

You can only have the one account unless you setup separate legal entities, such as companies. Take a read of Using Multiple AdSense Accounts which provides some info on why people setup different accounts.

No probs. Yes I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as you play within the rules you'll be fine.

Google have been known to ban accounts for the wrong reasons but from what I've seen they usually reinstate those accounts. The number of people banned by accident are probably very low, they have a really good detection system these days.
