Hi every one!

Has anyone tried out Text Link Ads? I have read that it is good and you get greater comissions

I tried it sometime back. I used to get $30 every month by selling 2-3 links.

You need have a website that is page rank 4 and above or they will reject the application.

It seems google is implementing measures against selling links. So, it is possible to hurt position in the SERPS.

Has your website been accepted? If so, you can generate the code and insert it in the web page where you want the page to appear.

The code is in PHP and is a server side include. You should have a web host that has PHP support.

Let us know, how everything goes.

Interesting. I hadn't heard this. Is this for AdSense participants or just in general? I sure hope that's not the case.

Adsense ads are generated javascript and as search engines bots do not read javascript these are not considered as back links. However, TLA ads are generated using PHP as static links and so these are read by search engines as back links.

It is a good thing that I read this article, because I wanted to joinf Text link ads

By the way Google removed their site from the no1 in the SERPs for their own name and place them rank 40+ in the serps

The same happened with John Chow for his own name.
