Adsense Mini Sites... have anyone tried?

I just would like to know if anyone have tried adsense mini sites? It should not be MFA sites which does not have any solid content, but may be 3 to 5 page website which talks about a niche topic or information which is good and valuable?

How was the results and your experience?
