I am a newbie in this adsense marathon. Not quite impressed though. 9 clicks in one day from one of my sites to get $1.35

Seems like I stepped onto this platform a little bit to late. We are hearing a lot about PPA.

How much traffic are you getting? PPA is definitely an option now with AdSense but most members are still earning from clicks.

PPA is pay per action. In other words, you'd only get paid for ads if a sale was made after a person clicks on your ads.

If you look at these Titanic big money making websites where they have adsense on them, they have a mix of adsense and other sponsored advertisement on them giving them the proper content blending ads to fit your page style or page formats, other than adsense.
You should be looking at
1. How much traffic are u getting (neverlookathowmuchperclick-varies)
2. blending ads, position of them, what kind.
3. Adding content.
4. Which ads are working which ones aren't. (Work with channels.)
