Default Any of your thoughts on other PPC programs?

Over two years ago, I was so new to internet marketing, I didn't know what I was doing, etc... I got clipped form Adsense. That sucks, and I'm still smarting over it, but I did start using Bidvertiser. They seem like a good program, and their click rates seem comparable to Adsense. Any thoughts? What about other PPC programs? AND does Google ever forgive and forget and give second chances?
Thanks, gang!

I haven't heard about Google giving anyone second chances unless you can somehow prove you didn't click on your ads, etc. Their relationship with their advertisers is crucial so they are pretty stern when it comes to not letting people back in.

Have you tried AdBrite? I used them to sell advertising on my site (although I am getting ready to switch to someone else because there were a few things I didn't like about their ad management system) BUT I also made a few bucks from their network ads when I had some advertiser spots open. The program works pretty similar to AdSense.

Just to clarify and make sure there's no confusion, PPC is pay per click advertising so that would be AdWords, Yahoo Search, not AdSense, AdBrite, etc.

Default OK, thanks...

I was using the wrong terminology. What's the other side of the equation called, when you make money, like Adsense? Not PPC, then?
Thanks again--you help me tremendously!

It's funny you should ask that because after I posted that, I thought to myself.... "What IS the proper term?" LOL

A lot of people use the phrase PPC to describe AdSense because if you think about it that's what it is... literally. So I guess it's not technically wrong but generally people use PPC to describe AdWords and programs where you pay for your ads.

I've heard AdSense described as CPC (Cost Per Click) but in my opinion, that's confusing too because we the publishers aren't incurring the costs, the AdWords advertisers are.

Anyone else want to weigh in on this? I just Googled it and saw it used both ways. Now I'm curious. LOL
