Ok Call me dumb, but what is Adsense - Smart Pricing? and does it work for me or against me?

Smart pricing is basically a method used to lower costs for the advertiser (adwords users). If costs are lower for the advertiser then payout is lower for the publisher (Adsense users). See here for more info.
