Protect Your AdSense Account!

Due to malicious behavior experienced by some AdSense publishers, Google now allows you to protect your account by adding your allowed sites.

This actually happened to me. A guy stole my content (and my AdSense code) and broke the AdSense rules by putting images next to the ads. Google sent me an email thinking it was me. This is a good way to let Google know what sites you control.

This is a great and its good to see Google listen to publishers concerns. It must have been a big issue for them to go ahead and implement this idea.

Oh wow! i had no idea people where doing this kind of things. Its a shame. I hear a lot about people adsense accounts getting banned over and digital point because of invalid clicks and such. Its a concern for everyone.

This is great news. Google does listens to its publishers but if they think or feel that you're a scam they kick you out right away and never listen.

Regarding the allowed site feature, have your tested it yet? How can i be sure that if i put my site domain, all the clicks will be tracked. I'm kind of scared to try it.

They are a business so they do need to protect the company & their advertisers against fraud, very understandable. I know people that have been accused of click fraud but have managed to get their account reinstated after providing required information to prove they are innocent.

I haven't tired the site feature yet. The only way that you can sure every click is tracked is put trust in Google, I know I do.

I trust them too and I haven't seen any decrease in my earnings since I've done this (except for the one day when I forgot to include one of my blogs...doh!)
