I noticed your ads, right below your websitebabble logo... they're just simple word ads. i've been trying to get my google adsense ads to look like that, but i don't know how. how did you do it? when i go to my adsense acct. it just shows me how to create ads with the basic adsense templates, which at times don't blend into my site very well. does anyone know how to do this..?
These ads are a different kind of "Adsense for Content". Instead of "Ad Unit" select "Link Unit"

Also, from what I remember, payout does not happen at first click... I think you get paid after the second click, i.e. if you click on the text links above, you will be directed to a page that includes ads, and if someone clicked on one of those ads, you would get paid. Hope this makes sense.
