Default Ad Serving

I have a hardscaping forum (www.prohardscaper.com) and I have several sponsors that are interested in 3rd party ad serving. Am I able to do that with my current config. or do i need to revamp my site? I am extremely new to this, so I'm sorry for sounding newbie-ish.
P.S. Is there a way to get my side banners on subsequent pages?

Thanks.

Chris

Sure, the same place where you added those banners on the right, you can paste AdSense code or other ad-serving programs and they will appear.
