The amount you earn on adsense will never be exactly the same to what anyone else will earn. It all depends on how many visitors you have and your click through rate and the specific niche you are in and how much the specific ads are paying.

As Geekdout told you, we can't make any assumptions but it seems that your click is not that expensive. Could be because your niche is not so profitable in marketing perspective. For instance, if you have a site with funny images, your marketing value is low. On the contrary, a site about gardening for instance can have good marketing value on gardening related products and thus the click is far more expensive there. It's all ask and demand

For my website, I get roughly 50 cents a click. I think it really varies depending on your market. I'm in a fairly low supply high demand market, so I don't got too much competition on my behalf.

20 clicks could earn me $40 on one day and $1 on another.
Not all adsense ads are created equal. The amount you get per click will vary with the Ads displayed on your page

Also a trend I have noticed on my sites is clicks that occur early in the day tend to earn more than clicks later in the day

Haha,. I'd ask for a screen shot but that's probably against their own regulations.

2.92 in a single click? what the HELL are you advertising?!

Peter I don't know what niche you are in and what sort of ads your website will draw but it is certainly worth a try. Especially if you have a lot of traffic

I find adsense returns can be as low as 2c or as high as $3!
I wish I could get more of the $3 hits and I'd be pretty happy!

Adsense can be like a wild roller coaster ride sometimes. I started a site and the first five or six clicks were around .85 each. I got really excited.

I think I even did a little Google dance thinking I had found a good paying niche.

Now 6 months later that same site averages about .20 a click. It's really crazy man, go figure??

Actually, sometimes I wonder if Google doesn't place some type of a cap on how much my account earns.

Some days I get $.11 and others I get $2.25. Adsense can vary a lot from day to day and week to week.
