I have a Forum site members talk about news, tv shows, movies among other stuff and lately some member start posting links even embeding video of a full epsiode of a tv shows or movies...I use to delete those kind of post but it just anger the member of my site resulting to a lower visit rate. So for now I decide to remove my adsense ads until I figure out their rules about this kind of content within my site.

somebody told me that I should put a disclaimer and google should be fine with it....

What do you guys think?
would a disclaimer saying that no content infrigment intended, content will be deleted as soon as a complaint has been made.
Would google be ok about this kind of content? What is google rule about this?

Yes I've seen some forums and sites have a huge list of rules, so that clause you have stated above should just be added to your Rules/ disclaimer section. I'm amazed people would upload movies and embeds to your own website

You could always contact Google and ask. If I ever have doubts, I always play it safe and send them a message. Although the problem is, that contact form is getting harder and harder to find these days.
