Anyone know how this applies to blogs on blogger? Since Google gives you the choice of putting ads on blogs hosted by them does every blogger still have to put a privacy policy up anyway? Technically these blogs are on a Google-owned domain.
You're probably are OK but it wouldn't hurt to put a statement somewhere.
