Blocking MFA Sites

I have added to the filter list many Made For Adsense sites that I found advertising inside my Adsense Link Units, but I see the filter is not working. So I am wondering if the filter only works for the Content Ads and not for the Link Units. I am only getting an average of 0.01 - 0.03 for the most clicks, so maybe it is time to get rid of the Link Units, that gave me so good results some time ago. ¿What do you think?

I am new so when I read this I didn’t understand what MFA is so if using an acronym please include what it stands for as this site is full of really wet behind the ear people like myself, thanks.

MFA = Made for advertising.

A site with absolutely no content but a list of advertisements often created by people who buy up high traffic expired domains with lots of backlinks to the site that was previously hosted under the domain name.

There is a thread on this forum where people have posted some acronyms and abbreviations.

Thank you for clearing this up for me, I know I could have found it on my own but it always irritates me that on a site especially designed for newcomer’s people don’t have that consideration to spell things out. I will also try not to make the same mistake as I learn everything

I am sorry I didn't explained it well. You can know two main problems with these sites: ALL of them degrade the quality of search engine results, wasting the time of the users who enter these websites only to discover nothing useful inside of them, and MANY of them advertise in Google Adwords paying only some cents to the publishers, with the hope of earning high income in their own Adsense ads.

but you know that content always wins in the end Sakhal. in the long run you will get back to your normal numbers and those MFA's will get back to where they started.
