Add more content, add alt tags to your images. The more content matters more than the alt tag.

Using alt text should help, since Google reads that as being text in the search engine it should apply here too.

You bet. I get lots of traffic to my site from the alt text on links and images. You have to think about it from this point of view, how on earth are Google going to know what adverts to display if you are giving them no information on the nature of your content? They need text to do this the same as they need text for SEO.

Adding alt text to all your images will also give you more traffic from search engines, and make your site more accessible. There's no reason not to use it.

That can't be guaranteed by anyone but Google, but it does make it more likely.

hmm.. perhaps Google will consider it for another review but no one can assure either Google will approve it or not. Review Google guidelines before submitting it again and make sure you tick all the boxes otherwise it will be rejected again.

    Wish you best of luck

I think if it's rejected twice then you can't reapply. If you want me to take a look before you reapply let me know.

You ask very tuff question. Only google knows your website has approved or not, No one can answer question. I have content and images on my website not adult website also, but google reject is and they said "Unacceptable site content" what is the meaning of that.

You can rank pictures based on the content that the picture is added.
