Adsense Actual Google Ads?

I am assuming that most/all actual Google ads on a website (google email signup, google analytics, google sitesearch, etc.) are extremely low paying because there isn't all too much value for each person signing up for these. Is this correct? Maybe google adwords is the only one with a decent cost paid per click and even that might be low? What do you guys think exactly?

I know you can block certain ads so this is why I ask obviously.

I must say your quaetion has me baffled. I thought google adsennse had stopped paying for referrals

Not referrals. I mean Adsense ads. There are adsense ads for gmail, adwords, and other google programs.
