I personally use paypal and alertpay. Those are the 2 that I use, which I think are ones of the best processors around.

Since Pay pal is not accepted there the next two I would go to that work in the same way would be Paypal or Amazon checkout.

Protx have pretty good rates, but you will have to check if the operate in Egypt.
