I have an Indian paypal account and it's unverified and everyone knows that the sending limit of an unverified Indian paypal is $100 and this sending limit can only be lifted if I use a CC or add my bank account to verify it.But besides i have also heard that ,say you have spend this $100 anyhow then after a month this $100 again rolls back and your account again has a sending limit of $100.This continues unless the account gets verified.

Is that true?Does that sending limit really rolls back after a month?Or it's just a fake rumor,i mean nothing happens like this.
