That was almost my same question. The way I understand it as Lisa explained it, you can definately start our with a basic SBI template and get the site going and once you're ready to start out with your own template by using Dreamweaver or any other editor, You just choose the option "upload your html" and copy and past the code from your dreamweaver template over into the sbi pages and it should work. She also mentioned that something special had to be done for the includes to work, but she never said what exactly. Im sure it will be pretty simple.
