I'll have to check out that tool you mention Kevin.
For me I do it a bit of a long way:
1. Click Start->Run and in the dialog type iexplore -k. This will open Internet Explorer so it fills the whole screen (kiosk mode) with a Web page.
2. Press Ctrl+O to display an Open box.
3. Type in the URL you want to display in the browser.
4. Press Alt+Print Screen to copy the Web page to the clipboard.
5. Press ALT+F4 to close the browser window.
6. Open an image editor, create a new image and press CTRL+V to paste the Web page into the editor.
7. Resize and save the image.
There are definitely easier methods of getting thumbnail or screen capture of a Web page out there, but this works for me.
