Since you are only fourteen, let's do this the correct way. If you are willing, I will teach you (and anyone else that is interested) how to put together a basic css page. I can write up a quick css sheet, based somewhat on the layout of the page you wanted to buy, which you can download, then I can show you how to create your own layout with the images you create. It would be a perfect tutorial for my site and it would help you and everyone else that doesn't yet know how to do that.
I use all the Adobe products to create my sites, but there are free alternatives available for download online. Although I have not used these I can download them and base the tutorial on them. Gimp is a photo program many use to create images, and I'm not sure about an html editor, maybe coffee cup? I'll have to check them out.
