I use FileZilla - it is FREE, and very easy to use. Don`t let the fact its free confuse you. It is an excellent piece of software.

You can download it from my website (Go to Webmaster Center > Downloads > Software ).

There is also a tutorial how to set it up in Webmaster Center.
