I have Microsoft Web Designer and I want to make a site where people can take little surveys on what they think will happen in sports or politics or whatever. Then once the event happens I would go back to a master page of the survey they took and mark which outcomes were correct and have every user who took the surveys user profile to be updated with a percentage of correct answers for the year.

How do I use the databases in Microsoft to create user's login and have that linked with the master database to keep track of their percentages? Or am I better off hiring someone?
