There are javascripts you can add to your site to keep people from right-clicking and copying but there are still ways to steal your code if people really want to. All they have to do is use the View menu or save your page to their hard drive to get the code. It's not worth worrying about it if you ask me. If someone really wants to steal your code/content, they'll find a way unfortunately.

You an always register your site with many of the online copyright services should you ever decide to take action against someone.

I've seen it happen so much with my sites I just ignore it. I believe what goes around comes around.
