I am in the process of redesigning my entire SBI! site using Dreamweaver so I'm dumping the sitebuilder format. You can do whatever you want as long as you follow the instructions SBI provides for "Uploading Your Own HTML".
You don't have to use the Block By Block builder. But I will say, if you're new to design, it's better to just start out with the regular SBI design because it took some WORK to go outside the box. Since SBI! is not a regular host, you have to follow specific instructions for uploading your own custom designs. BUT the instructions were very easy to follow... just took some time.
I got tired of the traditional SBI design myself so decided to take the plunge and try it. It took some work because you have to follow the instructions but so glad I did it.
I'll be launching it soon so you guys can see. So glad to have it done!
