Even if you were going to do something like this you wouldn't start out with a search engine. You'd create some kind of site that targets a certain audience (preferably Net marketers... but again another saturated and heavily competitive niche). Then once the site got popular THEN I'd try to add the PPC feature. You would have to find some way to build traffic to your site first.
The same principles would apply to creating any kind of other service. Gotta build credibility and traffic.
May I ask why the interest to tackle such a monster?

Hehe, I'm interested because these PPC sites are business and it's all connected. What I understand is: "X" Website owner pays for PPC sites to put their links. "X" gets more traffic every day. PPC gets money from "X's" payments. People get payed for clicking.
I can't explain it 100% clear right now, I still might need more information about this.
Hey Lisa please take this doubt out of my mind: More traffic = more money? Or more traffic just means more chances for people to click your Google Ads and stuff?
